Ingredients:
- 2 boneless skinless Chicken Breasts butterflied
- 2 slices Provolone Cheese
- 1 5 oz bag fresh Spinach
- 4 cloves minced Garlic
- Dash of Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 deg. In a large frying pan, add olive oil & garlic and sauté over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Add spinach & stir frequently until spinach is wilted & cooked, about 2-3 minutes. Butterfly the chicken breast, slice lengthwise down the middle but not all the way through. Place a slice of provolone cheese over each breast. Add spinach & garlic on top of cheese. Fold chicken in half like a sandwich keep the stuffing inside. Place on a greased baking dish and sprinkle chicken with paprika. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. ENJOY!!
